Bosch: Legacy follows Harry Bosch as he enters the next chapter of his career. No longer a police detective, Bosch now works as a private investigator. He teams up with his former enemy, attorney Honey “Money” Chandler.
The series also tracks a new journey. Bosch’s daughter, Maddie Bosch, joins the police force. Viewers watch her grow from police academy training to working the streets. Bosch: Legacy is streaming on Amazon Freevee and Prime Video.
Season 1 continues several storylines from Season 7 of Bosch. It also adapts key elements from Michael Connelly’s novel The Wrong Side of Goodbye. Season 2 carries forward plots from Season 1. Its main storyline is based on The Crossing (2015). Season 3 draws heavily from Desert Star (2022). It also includes a small portion of The Black Ice.

The final season of Bosch: Legacy is now available. All 10 episodes are streaming. It has been an incredible journey. March 27, 2025 marks the start of streaming for the third and final season of Bosch: Legacy. The first four episodes are now available on Prime Video. This season has a total of ten episodes, with two new episodes releasing each Thursday over the next three weeks. The series finale will stream on April 17.

Bosch: Legacy Season 3 Premieres March 2025 – The Final Season
The third season of Bosch: Legacy will premiere on Prime Video in March 2025 and will be the final season, concluding a 10-season journey with Titus Wellie as Harry Bosch. But Harry isn’t gone he will appear in the upcoming Renée Ballard show.
Michael Connelly praised the cast, crew, and Amazon for bringing the series to life. He highlighted Titus Welliver’s performance as the heart of the show and thanked viewers for their support from episode 1 through 98.
Connelly’s hope: the series leaves a lasting message that everybody counts.
